AboutJason Diavatis

Event Designer Jason Diavatis with his amazing mentor Preston Bailey

Planning weddings and events has been a full time responsibility for Jason Diavatis and his team, since 1993.  It’s never been just a “side job.” So as a result, you can expect your phone calls and emails to be answered promptly. Well known and respected in the Event and Hospitality Industry, Jason Diavatis was elected as President for the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) in 2011. NACE is an Event and Hospitality Industry Association with a focus on food and wine. His ability to work with event professionals and outstanding venues, is a benefit to his clients and a key to his success as an event planner. Recently Jason Diavatis and his team had the opportunity to work with Jason’s mentor (pictured above courtesy of Josh Rodriguez Photography), the amazing Preston Bailey for a two day celebrity event in San Francisco. Jason was honored to be featured in Preston’s blog about his experience.

Jason prides himself in being a problem solver and resource expert. With his balance of organizational skills, and out of the box creativity, Jason Diavatis and his team will keep you organized, on budget, and allow you to be a guest at your own event. With a background in theatrical lighting and sound, Jason understands that to create a fully immersive experience, it is important to incorporate all five senses into the design of any event by utilizing lighting, sound, decor, and food. The strongest memories are created through emotional connections, typically beginning with sight, sound, taste and smell.
